The Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator is located in Olive Branch, MS.

This position is responsible for
scheduling new associates and making sure all paperwork is in order before the new hire start date. This Coordinator will talkto candidates and new hires on a daily basis. 

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because:
  • It’s a vital communication point in our staffing process.
  • Responsible for sourcing and phone screens for distribution center hourly roles.
  • Ensure compliance with internal/external policies regarding pre-hire paperwork and scheduling.
  • Work with  Recruiters to meet specific department goals.
  • Prepare the candidates for onboarding to the organization.
  • Post positions to the ATS and job boards. 

Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates:
  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 1-3 years in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle high volume calls.
  • Great attention to data-entry detail.
  • Can handle confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Availability not limited to Mon-Fri; open weekend availability during WSI peak periods.
  • Ability to multitask assignments given by management.

We prefer some of these qualities as well:
  • English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese interpreting skills a plus.
  • Associates Degree in a related discipline.
