Talent Acquisition Specialist:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment activities for both hourly and professional positions throughout our Supply Chain network. This role partners closely with Recruiters, Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and candidates to deliver an exceptional hiring experience while ensuring recruiting processes remain efficient, compliant, and candidate-focused.
This position plays a key role in sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruiting systems, tracking hiring metrics, and supporting hiring initiatives across multiple regional locations.
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.

This position is located in Olive Branch, Mississippi.

You'll be excited about this opportunity because you will:
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities for hourly and exempt positions across multiple Supply Chain locations.
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards, resume databases, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruiting resources.
  • Review applications daily through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist in moving candidates through the hiring process.
  • Conduct candidate phone screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Human Resources partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Assist with job postings using approved company templates across internal and external recruiting platforms.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring initiatives and maintain recruiting timelines.
  • Prepare offer documentation and assist candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting databases.
  • Create and maintain candidate files and recruitment documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Support special Talent Acquisition and Human Resources projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, Staffing, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in a distribution, manufacturing, logistics, retail, or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service abilities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive candidate and employee information.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting recruiting deadlines and performance expectations.

We prefer some of these qualities as well:
  • Experience with iCIMS, SuccessFactors, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience supporting recruiting metrics and reporting.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution Center recruiting.
