The Talent Acquisition Sourcer position is located in Olive Branch, MS.

The on site Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified candidates for hourly, exempt, and leadership positions across our supply chain network. This role partners closely with recruiters to proactively source talent, conduct initial candidate outreach, and maintain a strong pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because:
  • Proactively source candidates using our ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, various job boards, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill exempt positions.
  • Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial outreach through phone, email, and text to gauge candidate interest and availability on a daily basis.
  • Schedule qualified candidates for recruiter pre-screen interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and adjust sourcing strategies regularly.
  • Develop passive candidate pipelines for active searchers and for future hiring needs.
  • Track sourcing activity and provide weekly pipeline updates.

Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We prefer some of these qualities as well:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience sourcing hourly and exempt operations talent.
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality candidate flow to recruiters.
  • Reduce recruiter sourcing time and improve speed-to-fill.

  • Partner effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
