- Large package / furniture distribution centers located in Southern California, Northern California, Texas, Georgia, and New Jersey totaling 9.2M square feet plus another 1.2M square feet of standalone final-mile furniture hubs.
Small package eCommerce distribution centers located in Mississippi and Arizona totaling 3.2M square feet, consisting of over 1,000 full-time associates and 1,500 seasonal/temporary associates in Mississippi.

The Warehouse Associate position is located in Tracy, CA.

You’ll be excited about this opportunity because you will:

Unload inbound truck and merchandise put away.
Put away product movement from the receiving dock and put away to the deluxing floor.
Ensure and deluxing all outbound furniture pieces prior to delivery with no damages present and all parts are included.
Assist drivers with load and assemblies when needed.
Maintain a clean, neat, and safe according to general warehousing practices and OSHA requirements.

Check out some of the required qualifications we are looking for in amazing candidates:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Ability to work as a team and treat others respectfully.
Ability to work overtime as needed to include weekends, holidays, and days not normally scheduled.
Flexibility to work different schedules as business needs require it.
Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and follow-through skills.
HUBM RF knowledge-tasking, fluid loading, locate cases etc.
Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
This is an onsite and in office role.

We prefer some of these qualities as well:

At least 6 months of warehouse experience.
Have working knowledge of Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS) functions needed for picking and packing.

Review these physical requirements, as they play a major part in this role:

Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladder.
Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Comfortable with walking/standing 90% of the day.
